As a creative, I’m constantly striving to create unique, story-driven films that feel filmic and natural. My filmmaking philosophy is all about presence. I observe and allow moments to naturally unfold, documenting real moments as they happen.
My films are for the sentimental lovers, the ones who are easily moved by a powerful song or a heartfelt story. The ones who notice the details, revere in the creativity of it all, and discern between mediocrity and deep intention, even if they can’t quite put their finger on how. For the ones who hold a faith that there is a bigger picture than the one we can perceive, knowing that sometimes all you can do is bask in the mystery of it all with a grateful smile.
My creative process is about balancing the authentic, candid shots with the more composed, dramatic shots. The art of storytelling is deeply personal for me. I create wedding films that aren’t just a series of pretty visuals and music, but a powerful story that makes you feel something.
My style is naturalistic, soft, slower paced, and nostalgic. I take the time to capture the magic in the little, easily overlooked moments, the laughter, tears, funny comments, and heartfelt words. I want to craft a film that reflects the humanness of your day.
